Our products are produced in our integrated facility consisting of welding, bending, surface coating and dyeing, sponge, fabric and leather cutting, sewing, upholstery and assembly processes, with the options including the city, intercity, train passenger seats product network. Brusa manages all planning and logistics processes using SAP system.
Our products, based on lean manufacturing and management of these processes, reach our customers in perfect and safe manner with the shortest deadline.
Brusa Production Processes
- Bending and Welding
Pre-process operations are performed with CNC pipe bending, press brakes, scissors and hair cutting machines in our facility. Our products are welded with existing OTC gas welding robots and are secured by welding penetration tests, material analysis and 3D measurements.
- Surface Painting
With the modern powder coating line, heavy duty nano ceramic paint coating process is performed.
Krauss Maffei is produced by using PU polyurethane production technologies with our sponge production machines after passing the final acceptance according to test standards without compromising the safety of the product.
- Sheath production
Fabrics and leathers, which are cut by using CAD program, go through sewing process. Our aim is to minimize raw material losses and increase operational efficiency. In order to provide the best quality and efficiency added value for our customers, we design and manufacture our cases in our facility by making use of today’s modern and innovative current.
